Your appointment is final after our confirmation, and you get a clear price up front.
Appointments
A planned appointment is only final once we confirm it by phone or e-mail. Want to move or cancel an appointment? Let us know as soon as possible. For urgent repairs we agree the time by phone.
Prices and quotes
You receive a price or quote beforehand. If it turns out on site that more or different work is needed, we discuss it with you first before we continue.
Carrying out the work
We work carefully and according to the rules of the trade. Please tell us beforehand about known issues, such as where pipes run or earlier leaks, so we can take them into account.
Guarantee
Parts and appliances carry the manufacturer's guarantee. What guarantee you get on our work, we discuss with you beforehand.
